“My review:
There are no words. During the heatwave this week, I noticed that my house wasn’t cooling well. Yesterday, the compressor began to growl. I was scared to pieces that my a/c would quit (exp. 109* today) and bake my pets (and me). I called down the online list of HVAC companies. Only Your Team committed to fixing my a/c this morning. They arrived as promised. Brandon and Arturo were wonderful, knowledgeable, patient, polite, and kind experts. They fixed the problem and explained what they did. They told me about a whole host of services and products that their company offers that could help with the uneven heating and a/c in my home, and the high level of dust accumulation throughout. I am beyond thankful for your expedited service and repair. Your Team is now my team.”

Their team has always been able to get out to help us with what we have needed, even in the middle of summer on a 100+ degree day when I know they were slammed. We are signed up for their annual maintenance program to ensure we don’t need run in to any big unexpected issues and they have also helped us with removing our condensor unit during yard construction, and reinstalling it when done. The team is always nice and they always leave the areas they worked in clean (which hasn’t always been the case with others we have used in the past). Thanks guys!”

“I recently purchased a home with a Your Team brand new HVAC in August 2021 and tried to use the heater for the first time. To my surprise only cold air was blowing and my home that started at 65 degrees was quickly 60 degrees. I reached out to Your Team Heating & Air and spoke with Gama. He came out to my home and determined the cause of my heater not working was due to a wiring issue with the Nest thermostat and nothing to do with the heater. Gama replaced the thermostat and got my heat working at no charge! I am incredibly thankful for this above and beyond customer service provided by Gama and Your Team Heating & Air Conditioning company to not only stand behind their product, but to assist me with an issue that was not their responsibility. They quickly assessed the problem once they got here and luckily they had the exact part we needed, so they were able to fix it on the spot. We’re very happy with the friendly, easy service and decided to go ahead and purchase the yearly maintenance plan they offered. We highly recommend them.”
